The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kurdistan Region decided during the meeting that was held on Sunday 11/22/2020 to reduce the tuition fees in universities and private institutes for the academic year (2020-2021) by rates ranging between 10% and 20%.

The Ministry took the decision to reduce study wages taking into consideration the difficult financial conditions experienced by the citizens of the region.

 The reduction will be as follows:

-Reducing tuition fees in universities classified under category (B) by 10%.

-Reducing tuition fees in universities classified under category (C) by 15%.

Reducing tuition fees in universities classified under category (D) by 20%.-

Reducing tuition fees in all private institutes and universities by 20%.-
